Securing field trial results
Within a BAD, all necessary field trials are carried out in all countries where registrations are planned, based on local authorities´ regulations. In order to reduce the risk of local authorities not accepting some of the results, a SSC is integrated into the BAD that proves the transferability of these results to more locations.
For instance, all necessary field trials on a plant protection product for fruit cultures were successfully carried out in the German “Altes Land” region, but the registration authority requires additional trials in different locations. In this case, SSC can prove the comparability of the locations asked for and thus the transferability of the field trial results.
